I did a new stream with Bitwig Studio 5.3, which just launched in its Beta 1 version. There are some exciting new features and updates to explore!

For starters, there are three new Drum Machine collections:

V0, which replaces the old E-Kick, E-Snare, etc.
V8, an 808 emulation.
V9, a 909 emulation.
There’s also a brand-new Step Sequencer, which opens up lots of creative possibilities, and new Grid Modules, including a Pitch Shifter and a Frequency Shifter.

One of my favorite additions is the new Recorder, which can capture everything coming out of the Master Output and save it directly into your project. This makes it super easy to record sound experiments on the fly and drop them straight into the Sampler for further tweaking.
