The Regenstrief Institute’s multi-disciplinary team has expertise in developing, implementing, and evaluating pragmatic multilevel and multicomponent interventions in both dialysis facilities and transplant centers. Its longstanding collaboration with stakeholders within the kidney disease community and the Southeastern Kidney Transplant Coalition has been key to its success, alongside the Early Steps in Transplant Access Registry (E-STAR), a novel registry of data on referral to a transplant center and start of the evaluation process.
