Cookie Dough Protein Bites (vegan & gluten-free)😍

This recipe makes about 12 bites and one serving is 2-3 bites

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter, I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts (120 ml)
2 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS)
1/4 cup (gluten-free) oats (60 ml)
1/4 cup (vegan) vanilla protein powder (60 ml / 60g)
optional: 1 - 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
1 - 2 tablespoons almond milk or milk of choice
2 teaspoons cinnamon

70-80% dark chocolate chips, to taste
•
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Roll into balls
3. Add dark chocolate chips if you like and enjoy!
