In this yoga routine, you will practice seated yoga stretches can be done at your desk - no mat or yoga clothes needed! The class begins with mindful awareness to shift and refocus. Try this yoga class as during your lunch break or any time that you want to pause from your busy life and relieve some tension in both your body AND your mind.
Optional Prop: At 22:16, I show use of an scarf; you don't need this prop at all, and if you do use it, you can also substitute a strap, tie, or towel.
