Mince Pie recipe
Mince meat 1 Jar (or make yours, I buy mine!!)
1 tbsp Orange Juice
Zest of an Orange
Puff Pastry
Icing sugar
Orange juice
Sprig of Rosemary
Bake in a 200 degree centigrade oven 180 fan for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool considerably before playing icing sugar on top
Dried Oranges / Apples / Lemons
Cut into THIN rounds, or you'll have your oven on all day!
100 Degree centigrade
The dried peel takes around half an hour (Keep checking on it!)

1/2 Orange
1/4 Cinnamon Stick
1 Star Anise
3 Sprigs of Fir
Cranberries
