Here is my quick 10 minute core home workout aimed for runners of all levels and abilities. I do this a couple of times a week after I've come home from an easy run. For me little and often works best when it comes to strength work! These exercises will help strengthen all the muscles around your core which help stabilise you when you run. A stronger core means a stronger, faster and more efficient runner! Enjoy x
