This recipe is the sibling of soy sauce chicken, ginger chicken and yellow wine chicken. The difference is, it has the added aromatic sesame oil which makes it super delicious with a warm bowl of Jasmine rice. This dish is also a popular Chinese confinement dish.
Ingredients:
400g Cut chicken thighs
20g Ginger (julienned)
4 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Glutinous rice wine
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
100-200g Hot water
