Borneo Spelunker itself consist of a group of people with personal expertise to explore documenting and conserve all the secret cave system in Sabah.
We explore caves for many reasons, but mainly for sport or scientific and tourism
study. The sport caver has been known as a spelunker, butmost
cave explorers prefer to be called cavers. Speleology is the scientific
study of the cave environment. One who studies caves and their
environments is referred to as a speleologist.
Sabah itself are rich with flora and fauna diversity but due to extreme tourism commercialism its endangered our nature and unexplored cavesys tem indirectly. Before the system collapse without us knowing and We need to conserve it properly due to jungle clearing for massive plantation and timber.
