How do we count days in the Arizona purchase contract? This might be a little minutia for some people here but it's important to understand if you're thinking about buying or selling a home.
So, let's just take the classic 10-day inspection period. When you're buying a house and you are stuck with the standard 10-day inspection period, how does that get counted do business days count holidays? Well, with our 10-day inspection period the standard contract every single calendar day counts as a day, it doesn't matter if that day is Christmas or a Sunday or anything like that it is 10-calendar days but the day the contract was accepted counts as a day zero even if the contract was accepted at four o'clock in the morning. So in that case, you would almost have 11 days so keep that in mind when considering how long you have for your inspection period and other timelines.
