ANNOTATION: U.S., Japanese and Russian space agencies are preparing for their upcoming SpaceX mission that will take a crew to the International Space Station.

STORYLINE:
NASA and space agencies from Japan and Russia held a news conference today in advance of the upcoming SpaceX mission that will take a crew of four to the International Space Station.
Three of the four crew members will be making their first space flight. The mission is scheduled to launch from Florida on Sept. 29.
NASA astronaut Nicole Mann will be the commander of the flight.
"I am Nicole. I'll be the commander of the Crew 5 mission and we are just excited to be here and to share with you and our Crew 5 and Expedition 68 Mission. We are ready to go," Mann said Thursday.
Other crew members include NASA astronaut Josh Cassada, JAXA astronaut Koichi Wakata and Russian cosmonaut Anna Kikina.
