Chef Lopez's recipe is easy to follow, and results in a dish packed with flavour!
You can make tis completely vegan by changing the greek yoghurt to coconut yoghurt or any vegan yoghurt.

Ingredients:
Hummus:
1 tin chickpeas ( 400 grams )
1/2 lemon
1tbsp tahini
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
add water if needed
Yoghurt flat bread:
100g self raising flour
100g yoghurt
Paprika cauliflower:
1 head of cauliflower
pinch of saffron ( not essential )
1tsp sweet paprika
3tbsp olive oil ( equivalent )
Curried chick peas:
1 tin chick peas
1tsp curry powder
1tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt ( to taste )
