There is nothing better than fresh, beautifully plated sushi, and I may have found the most aesthetic sushi spot in the Bay! Rantei in Santa Clara has some of the most detailed sushi I’ve had. Their Sashimi Omakase set for $63 was a definite treat; everything was so intricate, fresh, and reminded me of the sushi spots in Japan.
