In this video we are reviewing the @AMACOBrent dipping and layering glaze DL-70 Ox blood. Traditionally a reduction glaze this glaze has been brought into the oxidation realm by Amaco. We fire this glaze to come 6 ox on porcelain and stoneware along with a combination glaze of enamel white. The review speaks for itself as far as the great color were getting here. My only critique is the glaze doesn't come out the deep red it promises on the box tile. It often comes out might lighter with spots of blood red. A thicker application helps get a darker color but running is always a factor.
