This video shows you how to solve The Daunt Vista Point puzzle in Horizon Forbidden West. This Vista Point tower is located between Chainscrape and Barren Light in The Daunt, nearby the area's Relic Ruin.

Here's a hint for solving it: the Vista Point (formerly called "Vantages" in Zero Dawn) location aims at that old world ruin.
