In the $3.5 million budget, Democrats will focus on infrastructure, jobs, families, climate and healthcare. President Joe Biden President said he will keep the Aug. 31 deadline for American troops to withdraw from Afghanistan. Biden has asked for contingency plans in case he determines troops need to remain for a longer period of time.
The president also recently received a classified report from the Intelligence Agency detailing that the origins of COVID-19 were inconclusive.
