Synopsis: Cheating husband Michael O'Roarke leaves his wife and moves into the strange 1920's Belle View Apartments on Rosewood Avenue, in order to start over his life. But things just go downhill from there. People that seems out of place and out of time seem to live within these apartments, and at night terrible humanoid creatures hunt down the street's residents. What is the secret behind the street's terrors? Only neighbor Peter seems to know the horrible truth.
