Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma is not an uncommon tumour. It presents with recurrent profuse bleeding from nose. Traditionally it is removed by lateral Rhinotomy / Weber Furguson approach. Lately we have been removing large tumours by sublabial approach, thus avoiding external scar on face. This vedeo shows post embolisation endoscopic removal of JNAF involving the nose, nasopharynx and sphenoid sinus.
