Brushing is a fundamental part of great oral health (and don’t forget flossing!). BUT, do we really need to spend a significant amount of money for an electric toothbrush? I mean, I get it. It’s connected to your phone via bluetooth and it monitors how hard and how well you brush but still. It’s all about getting the job done. You can brush your teeth using a $5 toothbrush or a $300 toothbrush—just as long as you do it the right way.
