The Federal Trade Commission, or FTC, recently filed a lawsuit to stop Microsoft’s $69 Billion acquisition of video-game developer, Activision-Blizzard.
The FTC claims that the deal violates federal anti-trust law, specifically, Section 7 of the Clayton Act and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act.
On December 22, Microsoft filed its written Response to the Federal Trade Commission’s lawsuit to block the company’s acquisition of video-game publisher Activision Blizzard.
