Ingredients-
potato-2 (raw and peeled)
rock salt(sendha namak)
green chilli -1-2
Buckwheat flour 1/2 +1/4 cup (Kuttu ka atta)
water as needed
oil 2 tbsp
Method-
1. Cut potatoes in to thin and round slices.
2. Add salt, green chilli, 1/2 cup Kuttu ka atta and water to it to make a pakora like batter.
3. Apply some oil on a pan and arrange the potato slices on it, In a single layer touching each other.
4.Now add 1/4 cup kuttu flour in the same bowl and make little loose batter.
5.Pour some batter on the potatoes and spread it evenly.
6. Cover and cook on low to medium flame until golden on one side.
7.Flip and cook the other side uncovered until it gets golden color.
8.Serve it hot with some curd and chutney or with subji.
