This video will demonstrate for anyone such as a Turo Car Renter on how to unlock the car lockbox to for either a remote or contactless dropoff.

Instructions:
1) Make sure you have the pin number from your rental host.
2) Open the lockbox lid to reveal the keypad.
3 ) **Click the black reset button on the lower bottom 1st to clear the keypad** Every time you make a mistake in entering the pin, always click that black button to reset.
4) Enter the pin number, there's no order. If you make a mistake you have to click the black button again to clear.
5)After pin is entered you pull the silver metal long lever button on the top down and the door should open.
6) Take the key out and power on the car, then roll down the window and take the lockbox inside of the car and put it away.
