A brief summary of the trip made in August 2022 around Iceland. Beyond expectations. The trip lasted about 15 days and we managed to complete the tour of the island, with an incredible unscheduled visit: Fagradalsfjall Volcano. For those wishing to visit the island, I suggest visiting it in a 4X4 and a period of at least 13-14 days to complete the complete tour. We visited it in August and we had a good time. There are few hotel facilities, so unless you want to stay overnight in a tent or campervan, I suggest booking both the vehicle and the hotel facilities well in advance.
