From crab to ceviche to salmon, Angelmo Market in Puerto Montt, Chile has it all. Chef Andrew Zimmern visited the various seafood vendors, including a salmon vendor who shared how popular salmon is becoming in the local community. Though salmon farming has made mistakes in this region, he’s thrilled to see companies like ours lead the way for innovation in sustainable aquaculture.
