This new normal that we are in right now, makes parents become more involved in their child's daily activities. As we go through this phase, we become co-constructors of learning wherein we get to wonder, experience and discover new things with children.
Part of documentation also is to write learning stories. If given the time, you can write in a friendly letter format addressed to your child the things that you discovered about him/her. When we compile the earning stories, we get a picture of what your child has become, and how he progresses through time. Canva can be a great tool for documentation like this!
