Bollywood actor Ranvir Shorey recently shared the hotel quarantine ordeal after revealing that his son has tested positive COVID-19 positive on social media. Ranvir and his son Haroon are staying in a hotel in Goa as his son tested positive for the virus at the Goa airport during the routine check while they were returning back to Mumbai. The actor recently shared an update on his social media page about how some people wanted discounts and refunds from the hotel because they were quarantining there. His post read, 'As a result of my SM post, meant for the common good, we were almost hounded out of our hotel room, where we were quarantining, due to other guests pressurising the hotel about us staying here. Society's capacity for unscientific discrimination has been on full display.' He further added, 'People who wanted selfies until a day before were blackmailing the hotel for discounts and refunds, because we were in one of the rooms! Will always remember this experience. It makes me wonder if the world deserves honesty at all.' Earlier, Ranvir, who is an avid social media user, shared an update regarding his son's health and wrote, 'Update: He has retested positive, but I have tested negative. Good news is that #Covaxin works. Bad news is that we will have to remain isolated for the next week. What a welcome from 2022.' Another actor shared an update about testing positive for coronavirus. Boman Irani's son Kayoze Irani took to his social media page and stated that he had tested positive for COVID-19. Kayoze took to his Instagram stories and wrote, 'So I have tested positive for COVID-19. No alcohol, no non-veg, no socialising. (Never thought I would say these words). Symptoms are there. And they are not fun. So please take all precautions before you step out. Stay strong and see you in 2022.' Kayoze is best known for his role in 'Student Of The Year' and he was last seen in 'Dhamaka' and 'Ajeeb Daastaans'.
