Nuakhai is one of the unique annual social & the most auspicious festivals in Western Odisha. It gets its name from the word 'nua' meaning 'new' and 'khai' meaning 'food'. This traditional festival has a great significance for farmers & the agricultural community as it is performed to welcome the season's newly harvested rice ❤

As it's celebrated just after Ganesh Chaturthi, So today on this Nuakhai festival I'm sending my NUAKHAI JUHAR to everyone 🙏
