In this video, I'll show you how to get to item level 395 and above in Patch 10.0.7!
First, the patch introduces new 385 gear tokens that you can obtain from almost all activities within the Forbidden Reach. These tokens are account-bound, but you can easily transfer them between your characters.
You can also get a brand new 405 ring called the Onyx Annulet, which you can upgrade to item level 424. Check out my other video to learn how to upgrade the ring, the primordial stones, and how to get them.
You can learn how to summon a rare called Amephyst and get Unstable Elementium as a jewelcrafter.
If you want to upgrade your 385 primal infused items to item level 395, you need Untapped Forbidden Knowledge, which you can get from various activities in the Forbidden Reach, including random mobs, elites, and the Forbidden chest. Find one of two NPCs to upgrade your gear to 395 in exchange for 1 untapped forbidden knowledge.
Finally, you can also upgrade the 389 gear from patch 10.0.5 that you can buy from the storm fury event to item level 398, but you can only buy rings, trinkets, and necklaces.
