In this video Jay Babbitt, Branch Manager at MacArthur Building Materials in Pasco, WA talks about the company's distribution process and their relationship with IKO. Jay describes IKO as a business partner that stands by its products so anytime they have to deal with an issue they know that they will not have to worry about it.

Jay describes how offering the Dynasty line of shingles to their customers providing them with an opportunity to reach out to new customers and offer them a product that they hadn't roofed with before. According to Jay, the Dynasty shingle line matches very well quality-wise and price-wise with the needs of these new customers.

Jay mentions that some of their customers target various tiers of homeowners as well as new construction, while other customers are always chasing a little bit higher. Those contractors match well with the Dynasty line as its tangible feel in the material and long-term viability allows for an easier sell to homeowners.

Noe Madrigal, Salesperson at Above the Rest Roofing explains why his company purchases roofing materials from MacArthur Building Materials. Noe says that the Dynasty shingle's ArmourZone, weight, granules and color options allow him to confidently go to a customer's home and offer them sixteen color options to choose from.

Jay explains that as a Distributor of roofing products, they are the middle child in a three-step process and that's it's important for them to know that anytime they're working with their own customers, their suppliers have their interests at heart.
