The Tanzanian government says it is committed to supporting regional efforts to combat a rising threat of terrorist groups in the Southern African region, particularly in Mozambique's northern province of Cabo Delgado. Prime Minister Kassima Majaliwa made the statement after recently attending a security conference in the Jordanian port city of Aqaba which was attended by leaders from Eastern and Southern African countries.
