John Stryker “Tilt” Meyer is an absolute legend in the Special Forces community and the Veteran community at large. It was an honor to have him on Manpower and you can look forward to another story from him come Christmas.

For those who don’t know, MACV-SOG was operational during the Vietnam War, where they ran secret missions across the borders of Vietnam into Laos, Cambodia, and often up in North Vietnam. For a long time, their missions were classified and their existence a secret. Now, men like Meyer are trying to make sure their actions aren’t forgotten and the sacrifices some of those Soldiers made are known to the American public.
