In this video i take you guys to Katong (East Coast) area here in Singapore, along East Coast Road, to buy 2 of the very long standing and favourite chinese snacks/food that has been in our generations for years, and many years to come. Both Yong's Teochew Kueh and Kim Choo Kueh Chang have come a long way, selling their traditional way of steaming/cooking their kuehs and in this digital age, it has gotten slightly easier to order them now.
Kuih (Indonesian: kue; derived from the Hokkien and Teochew kueh or 粿) are bite-sized snack or dessert foods commonly found in Southeast Asia.
And i brought along Chip who always is the first one awake to explore these places in the mornings with me! but wait a min... apparently Dale is also trying to find Chip, will he or won't he? Maybe will find out in the next episode!
