In today’s fly fishing excursion, explored a tiny little stream, which I had no clue what to expect going into this outing. Never would've thought the stream was going to be as loaded with wild browns as it was! Decided to fish on this specific stream due to seeing many other smaller springs dumping into it on the map, which is why the water was around 62 to 63 degrees which is perfect for wild trout! What a fun day on the water it was, just wish I could've kept more fish on the hook! HAHAHA, but it;s tough sometimes getting good hooksets with my Cabelas CGR fiberglass fly rod. Either way, great day on the water and overall was a short but very eventful outing!
Tight lines, and thanks for watching as always!
