In this homeland series, we took a spontaneous trip with only "beaches in Likupang" in our minds, but we found so much more than that! Our first planned destination was Tarabitan beach and that's about it, the road led us to unexpected places and created more unexpected situations for us in the remote terrain of Northern Minahasa. Getting lost, falling in random places as well as having the car stuck was a frequent occurrence during this trip.
Fortunately, we always ended up getting help from the kindest people in these places that led us to one of the most beautiful spot i've ever seen in my homeland!
