high protein spinach wrap 😋🙌 #Shorts
What you need:
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 handful of spinach
Seasonings of choice
For the filling:
2 oz turkey
2 oz ham
4 slices pepperoni
1 slice American cheese
How to make it:
1. Blend your ingredients for the wrap.
2. Bake on a parchment lined sheet @ 350F for 30 mins.
3. Take it out & let cool.
4. Add your fillings, roll it up & enjoy!
By the way.. the wrap + the fillings is what has 50g of protein 👍
