Bruce pledges support to harvey . Batman enters the monarch theatre to rescue the mayor and harvey . The mayor is killed by penguin. The moderator is killed by penguin . Penguin injures selina. Bruce decides to rescue harvey . Selina escapes on her own . Gordon and harvey thank batman for his good choices and noble choices
