We’ve been working on something big, and we’re super excited to tell you about it! These cast stainless Ecoboost exhaust manifolds are available now from the turbo experts at Full-Race.

We’ve completely redesigned the Gen 1 and Gen 2 Ecoboost 3.5L F-150 exhaust manifolds to address all of the shortcomings of the OEM design. Cast from 347 Stainless Steel, these manifolds aren’t prone to the warping or cracking issues common on the OEM manifolds. We’ve also separated the exhaust path into two larger runners instead of the single common runner of the OEM exhaust manifold. In doing so, we’ve been able to significantly increase the diameter of the runners to reduce back pressure and increase exhaust flow. The manifolds are designed using Solidworks software and Creaform 3D scanning technology - with larger turbochargers (such as the Garrett PowerMAX series) in mind. Accurate scanning and CAD modeling allows us to ensure future compatibility. No manifold modifications are needed to install these larger turbos on the Formline manifolds. Finally, we’ve increased the size of the exhaust outlet to closely match the exhaust housing of the turbo, further reducing restriction.
