The much-awaited launch of the port of Kisumu will have to wait a little longer after the ceremony which was to be presided over by President Kenyatta Tuesday was put on hold for the third time last week, kisumu governor Anyang Nyongo  had announced that the port that has been under-utilized for over 20 years  would finally be launched this Tuesday by president Uhuru Kenyatta and former  prime minister Raila Odinga . so, just what is causing these delays?
