Gregg Glover from Harvard University co-taught a lecture in Leadership, Management, and Strategy to Master in Management students at Grenoble Ecole de Management with Mark Thomas, Director of International affairs and Professor in Strategic Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management. Business leaders and managers use functional analysis, from marketing, finance, human resources, etc. to inform a direction or strategy for action. Instead of a functional analysis, this lecture proposed a "frames" analysis on leadership strategy and administrative challenges.
