Going outside will CHANGE your LIFE...
Have you ever thought about all the benefits the outdoors offer? Mental health help, sleep help, mood help, and immune system health. Going outside more than you normally do will start to change you day one. If you struggle with sleeping, spending time out in the sun will help with melatonin production during the night. If you struggle with mental health, being outside in the sun or woods will help to release seratonin which is the "Happy" chemical.
There are so many benefits to being outside that we as a whole need to spend more time outdoors. It's easy to fall prey to the normal work day of 9-5 and then come home and game or spend time watching the tv. Step outside more often and you'll start to see the health benefits go up.
