It's no secret that I love British treats. At the top of my list of great British snacks, are Jaffa Cakes. I cannot get enough of them... and since they're so difficult to get hold of in America, I decided to bake my own.

As an Anglophile, there was only one recipe to follow! Mary Berry, from The Great British Bake off / Great British Baking Show has an amazing recipe, and since I've made a couple of her recipes already (check out this Yorkshire pudding video [ Ссылка ]), it was a no brainer to give this one a go... I was pretty pleased with the results.

I'm an anglophile, so any chance I have to add some 'Brit' to my life, I take! In fact, I'm even marrying an Englishman!
