Recipe for festive vegan cheesy bread

1 cup warm water
2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
3 cups unbleached all-purpose bread flour, plus more as needed
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil (plus extra for greasing bowl)
1 tablespoon flax seeds
3 tablespoons hot water
Handful of cashews and almonds
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp parsley flakes
Pinch of rosemary
2 tablespoons Smart Balance Light
Follow Your Heart Pepper-jack cheese
