In this video, I demonstrate how to a make a juice that will help with joint paint, arthritis, osteoarthritis etc. It consists of Turmeric, Ginger, Pineapple and apple. These ingredients have some wonderful anti-inflammatory properties and will reduce inflammation in and around the joints. The curcumin, bromelain enzyme and gingerol will all work in sync, helping to make your life a little more comfortable.
Fresh juice has amazing health benefits and personally, I have noticed a huge difference to my physical and mental health by introducing it into my daily diet.
In a nutshell, freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juice is liquid engineering for the body. Bio-available living food, instantly absorbed in to the bloodstream. There is no finer drink than fresh juice, the benefits are endless and given that chronic diseases are on a massive rise, it is more important than ever to give our bodies the fuel that it requires in order maintain good health. Our cells need to be fed with living food, full of active enzymes but unfortunately, a lot of food we consume these days is devoid of life.
Freshly made juices detoxify and cleanse the body and are packed with vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, proteins, fibre, phytonutrients, chlorophyll etc. and are amazing for both physical and mental health. They flood body and brain with oxygen, resulting in increased energy levels and improved wellbeing.
