Ingredients
- Sake 45ml
(The Sake on video: MOTOZAKE Ohyama Junmai Sake: Kato Kahachiro Shuzo)
- Lime
Recipe
1. Cut Lime in 1/2 & 1/8, and make a notch on 1/8
2. Squeeze 1/2 of lime to get lime juice
3. Add 45ml of Sake
4. Add squeezed lime juice(approx. 15ml from 1/2)
5. Decorate 1/8 on the rim of the glass
