I had the pleasure of going on a trip with One River Tea to a local tea farm in Fuding, China! Here we went up to Taimushan Mountain where we picked our own tea in the fields and learned how white tea is processed in China! It was an amazing breath of fresh air and such an incredible learning experience! So if you're a tea lover, this video is for you.
