There are many benefits with getting a PhD in business that most people are not going to understand until you get your PhD. Here are some benefits of a PhD in business administration that lots of people will not understand:

1. You will be part of a club of getting a PhD. Most people that get a PhD will not understand what you are talking about, but you can converse with others.

2. You will never look at the world again in the same way. You will see politics, organizations, and how people behave completely differently once you take several PhD in business courses.

3. You will understand how long it takes to get a great idea. It takes a long time and a lot of work, and a PhD in Business gives you a new appreciation of this difficultly.

4. A PhD in Business will become a lot more critical with your abilities. A PhD in business teaches you to become critical and analyze the world systematically.

5. You will introduce to many new topics that you never covered before in any of your courses during your MBA or masters programs.
