Tekken 4 is a bit of a dark horse in the franchise. It sort of marks a before and after for the series. Everything prior to Tekken 4 is a venerated classic, while Tekken 5 marked a “return to form.”
But is it really that bad? Over the years, it feels like more and more people tend to come out with some appreciation for this game.
