So after tuning a totally stock 2018 Swift Sport ZC33S to make 170PS and 280NM torque from its 1.4T Boosterjet engine we headed back to the dyno this time with our own Exhaust System installed. It was clear from the start this system helped reduce back pressure as the turbo spooled much quicker and so work had to be done to the map to optimise things to suit the free flowing system.

The results an additional 8PS & 9NM Torque bringing us up to 178PS & 289NM Torque!

Next up we will install our own Down Pipe with Sports Catalyst along with a less restrictive link pipe which currently is only 49mm diameter!
