In this video I explain how easy it is to convert your non-tach cluster to tach, while maintaining the correct mileage on the odometer. I am doing this to a 1988-89 style cluster but the concept applies to newer Honda Civics as well. I had the tach cluster from another Honda that came with a box of spare parts.
