pizza sauce
onion
capsicum
mozzarella cheese
red chilli flakes
oregano to sprinkle
chicken Tikka filling

Directions:

For chicken Tikka filling

In bowl add chicken, Tikka masala, yogurt and garlic paste mix and marinate it for 15 minutes,in frying pan add oil and marinated chicken,add a pinch of food colour and fry until chicken is done,set a side.

For pizza sauce

in frying pan, add oil, onion and garlic saute until it translucent
add tomato paste, Tikka masala, Red chilli flakes, oregano, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce and cook until sauce thickens,set a side.

Pizza Dough

In bowl add All purpose flour,salt, sugar,dry instant yeast,oil mix and knead with water to form dough
add oil, cover and let it sit for 2 hours.
or until dough is double in size.

Assembling

take dough and make a ball press the dough ball and flattened it.make a round shaped dough.
spread pizza sauce add capsicum, onion
, mozzarella cheese, chicken Tikka filling, oregano and red chilli flakes.
In pot, place wire rack and heat on high flame for 15 minutes.
,place pizza,cover and let it cook for 15 minutes.
