Maria, an amazingly prolific translator/interpreter, has spent over 20 years in the field and recounted lively details of what it's like to translate movies including Netflix and Romania's TV channels, but perhaps the best part was the captivating stories about her experience in the wild world of simultaneous interpreting.
It was amazing to hear about the celebrities she's worked with, including Hollywood actor Armand Assante, famous singers, Olympic stars and a particularly challenging U.S. election debate!
It was such an entertaining session with so much value for anyone interested in translation, interpretation, and those who love global movies as well. Maria says there are a lot more stories and experiences to share, so we will definitely bring her back for a sequel session. In the meantime, enjoy the recording!
